Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at DASH BOOKING INC. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in sales software and technology.
