About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Robert B. Somerville Co. Limited. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Programs: Design and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Process Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular process audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless execution of quality assurance programs.
  • Analyze Data and Identify Trends: Analyze data and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
  • Develop and Implement Corrective Actions: Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
