Job Title: Interim Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studios, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Innovation and Technology: Foster a culture of innovation, leveraging our technology innovations to enhance client experiences and drive business results.
  • Client Experience: Manage our Online Reservation system, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient client check-in processes.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute in-store events, collaborating with our services team to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Performance Assessment and Development: Participate in performance management situations, delivering timely feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams, attracting and developing talented store leaders.
