Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient store operations.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
