Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
- Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Authorize Payments and Orders: Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform store operations and management decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
