Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the store's finances.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
