Culinary Operations Manager

The Sous Chef role involves overseeing the kitchen operations, preparing high-quality rotational menus, and supervising all kitchen staff productivity. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, positive outgoing personality, and effective listening skills. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality/food service industry and 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef, this individual will be responsible for managing inventory, recording costs, and reporting on daily spend reports.
The ideal candidate will have SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification and a valid Class 5 Drivers License. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate will be required to undergo a fitness assessment and submit to drug and alcohol testing.
