Landscaping Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Manager to join our team at SEVEN M CONSTRUCTION LTD.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising staff, planning and directing grounds maintenance, and resolving work problems. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train other workers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 5-10 employees
- Hire, schedule, and train staff as needed
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Steel-toed safety boots required
