Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
