Director of Human Resources

Red Bull is seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to join our team in Canada. As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's talent strategy and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver strategic HR initiatives and programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Partner with senior leaders to advise on HR-related matters and drive business decisions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to enhance the company culture and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in Canada.
  • Manage the HR budget and optimize resource allocation to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of business partnerships and senior leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of provincial and local regulations, industry trends, and current practices.
  • Business planning, budgeting, and project management expertise.
  • Ability to travel 20-30%.
