Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance to customers in French and English, answering questions, and offering information about our products and services.
  • Offering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, while ensuring efficient handling times and friendly communication.
  • Responding to post-sale customer inquiries, following up on customer questions related to orders or deliveries, and resolving issues through proactive follow-up and effective de-escalation strategies.
  • Maintaining open communication with the Customer Experience team to address key issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with our courier and warehouse partners to track orders and ensure smooth delivery for our customers.
  • Building and managing relationships with various suppliers and vendors.

  • Experience in customer service roles or retail sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications.
  • Ability to work remotely with a steady internet connection.
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional evening shifts.
