About the Role

Alstom is seeking a Senior Project Planner to join our team. As a Senior Project Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the scheduling teams and providing reporting to the Finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage planning teams in a multi-projects context and provide reporting.
  • Maintain the project/program schedule using best practices.
  • Manage efficiently planning deliverable issuance.
  • Facilitate the synchronization and communication of internal stakeholders.
  • Report proactively the schedule progress to various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Earned Value Management.
  • Ensure the consistency of all internal and external stakeholders commitments.
  • Perform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues.
  • Organize periodic project schedule sessions.
  • Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years' experience as PrPM / SSM / Project Development Planning Manager / Reporting Manager.
  • Project Management and industrial background.
  • Experience in complex projects (Design-build).

Competencies & Skills:

  • Primavera P6 and MS-Project software skills are mandatory.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly MS-Excel.
  • Desirable overall knowledge of railway products and systems.
