About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Project Manager to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large and complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Direct daily project activities, effectively communicate project expectations, and coordinate the work of the project team.
  • Develop, track, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and manage changes to project scope and develop contingency plans as required.
  • Support the leadership team in conducting stakeholder meetings and forums to solicit feedback, input, and expectations.
  • Champion a co-design approach to ensure the voices of clients, families, frontline staff, and partners drive projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Conversant in various tools for project management, project planning, and time tracking.
