Digital Health Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director, Digital Health to join our team at Spectrum Health Care Inc. in Toronto. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large and complex multi-stakeholder projects in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Direct daily project activities, effectively communicate project expectations, and coordinate the work of project team members to ensure activities meet or exceed needs and expectations.
- Develop, track, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and manage changes to project scope and develop contingency plans as required.
- Support the leadership team in conducting stakeholder meetings and forums to solicit feedback, input, and expectations, and incorporate recommendations into project plans.
- Champion a co-design approach to ensure the voices of clients, families, frontline staff, and partners drive projects from conception to completion.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership and other stakeholders as required through project reports and presentations.
- 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Conversant in various tools for project management, project planning, and time tracking.
- Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies is an asset.
- Proven ability to lead, plan, implement, and manage projects and initiatives in a healthcare setting.
