Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director, Digital Health to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large and complex multi-stakeholder projects in the digital health space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress and status
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as information technology, computer sciences, engineering, or business administration
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Lean
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
