About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at CareGivers Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including meal preparation and serving
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their well-being
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with special needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
