We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and other support staff, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, quality control, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical project management or a related field.
- Post-secondary education in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
