Senior Electrical Project Manager

OZZ Electric Inc is currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our electrical projects from start to finish. As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: You will ensure that all electrical projects are conducted in a safe and controlled environment, adhering to relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Crew Management: Supervise and coordinate electrical crews, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing timely updates on project status and progress.
Requirements:
- Electrical Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Journeyman, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and principles.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
