We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Precious Migration and Education Consultancy. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and seminars.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings and seminars.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients and directing them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility.
