Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO CAMERA CORP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service and experience in coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Maintain operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs as needed
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
