Job Description

The Senior Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of equipment, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice. The role also involves coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, as well as requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Evaluate and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Cultural competency training and awareness.
