We are looking for a resourceful and dynamic Engineer or Architect with 10 to 30+ years of expertise in energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and consulting engineering.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Fostering the development of the Energy Systems Engineering team through external initiatives (business development and marketing) and internal efforts (mentoring and peer review).
  • Leading energy engineering as a discipline in multidisciplinary projects, including zero-carbon building design and deep-energy retrofitting.
  • Mentoring junior engineers in building energy modeling (utilizing IESve software) and in designing energy conservation measures.
  • Conducting peer reviews of building energy projects.
  • Representing the Energy Systems Engineering Discipline in client interactions to guide, support, and develop project solutions that align with both client and environmental needs.
  • Enhancing modeling and analysis methodologies for energy project deliverables.
  • Coordinating the workload of technicians and junior engineers to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables meet client expectations.
