Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at YPA Realty Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, supervising staff, and administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies to promote business investment and growth
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective program delivery
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Perform administrative tasks to support business development initiatives
  • Plan and develop projects to promote business growth and investment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and investment
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies
  • Prepare reports and research papers to support business development initiatives
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to support business development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
