The Mirillion Group is hiring a Construction Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Expert to join their GTA team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in water/wastewater construction to lead our projects from inception to completion. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and scheduling of site activities, ensuring the quality of workmanship by subcontractors and the materials delivered to the site, and allocating sufficient manpower to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading safety initiatives on-site by implementing and enforcing The Mirillion Group's Safety Program, while monitoring the safety performance of subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the daily operations and scheduling of site activities.
  • Ensuring the quality of workmanship by subcontractors and the materials delivered to the site.
  • Allocating sufficient manpower to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.
  • Managing project finances, including budget oversight and billing processes.
  • Administering contract-related activities such as RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and/or Water/Wastewater construction.
  • Possess a degree in engineering or a construction-related field, or have a background in construction trades; Gold Seal Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in general contracting within the construction industry.
  • Direct experience supervising large-scale projects, valued between $10 million and $100 million, in the Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and/or Water/Wastewater sectors.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and mentoring abilities.
  • Expertise in supervision, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
  • Results-driven with a focus on service excellence.
  • Capable of interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
  • Eligible for security clearances and holds a valid driver's license.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
