Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Socla Trucking Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including dispatching and monitoring routes.
  • Prepare Reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our operations.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Activities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions and participate in the hiring process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
