Socla trucking Inc is seeking a skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring that they are equipped to handle the demands of the job and that our fleet is running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation operations, with experience in supervising and training drivers. You will be responsible for preparing production and other reports, supervising workers and projects, and training or arranging for training. You will also be responsible for dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes, as well as coordinating and scheduling activities.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and to work effectively with our drivers and other stakeholders. You will be a key ambassador for our company and will be responsible for promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Recommend personnel actions

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation operations
  • Strong background in supervising and training drivers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with drivers and other stakeholders
