About the Role

The Toronto Transit Commission Pension Fund Society is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in ensuring the financial security and well-being of our plan participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the short and long-term strategic visions and goals of the Plan, in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Develop and support leaders across the organization, build a high-performing and diverse executive team, and cultivate an environment that fosters a culture of inclusiveness and belonging.
  • Lead high-performing senior teams and achieve milestones such as driving growth, optimizing investment returns, and spearheading strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Significant leadership experience in the pension and/or investment management industry.
  • Strong operational leadership skills, with a consultative, empathetic, and decisive approach.
  • Dynamic communication skills, with the ability to cultivate collaborative and positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing senior teams and achieving milestones.
