Pension Accounting and Reporting Director

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Pension Accounting and Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the daily operation and overall operating model of the Pension Accounting and Reporting department.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute the optimization of end-to-end pension accounting and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pension accounting and reporting processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
- Proven experience in pension accounting and reporting, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
