Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AGENT 360. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Perform data entry
  • Customer Service
    • Provide customer service to internal and external clients
  • Bookkeeping
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
