Job Summary
  • As a Financial Planning and Analysis leader, you will play a key role in shaping our company's financial strategy, working closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to inform business decisions, leveraging your expertise in Oracle EPM software.
  2. Lead revenue forecasting and KPI trend analysis, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  4. Support manager and wider FP&A team in ensuring all deliverables are met, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $66,000-$86,600 CAD annually, based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • CPA or MBA is an asset.
  • 3+ years of professional financial experience focused on financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expert knowledge of Excel required.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
