Digital Banking Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Scotiabank. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with strong analytical skills and experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a bridge between multiple parties, including business, control functions, technology partners, and engineering teams to deliver exciting products in the Digital Banking Unit.
- Help scale, enable, and drive online & mobile development excellence as the team continues to deliver innovative solutions to Scotia customers.
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Pursue effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation creation.
- 5+ years' Agile Scrum experience, demonstrating understanding of Agile concepts, agile estimations, and ceremonies.
- 3+ hands-on experience with architectural diagrams.
- Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture.
- 5+ years' combined experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS office suite, or equivalent tools.

We offer hybrid work arrangements. Our competitive salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
