We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Caringpeople Healthcare Inc. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and nutrition support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and garnishing
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed
- Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special diets and menus
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
