Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Caringpeople Healthcare Inc. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate dishwashers and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen
- Restock condiments and supplies as needed
- Assist with food preparation and portioning
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
- Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees
- Recruit and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service or related field
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
