About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster, Subrogation to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our Subrogation team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of claims across several lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adjudicate intermediate to complex claims, including files in Subrogation
  • Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field
  • Completed or working towards the CIP designation
  • A minimum of 5 years of Subrogation claim handling experience
  • Experience with commercial lines an asset
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to clearly communicate with claimants, brokers, and legal counsel
