Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Adjuster - Field to join our Quebec City branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating property damage (commercial and residential) and miscellaneous risk claims by investigating losses and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate property damage and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements
- Investigate losses and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain high performance and excellent customer relations
- At least 2 years of functional and technical experience handling property claims
- Personal and commercial AMF license
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field (asset)
- Experience in on-the-road expertise including investigation and detailed reporting of property damage and miscellaneous risk claims
- Strong IT and reporting skills including Office 365
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
