Purchasing Clerk Job Description
Luggage City is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing purchases, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and track stock availability
- Process purchases and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years or more of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
