Purchasing Clerk Job Description

Luggage City is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and track stock availability
  • Process purchases and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
