Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team and take on a key leadership role.

About the Role

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of operational procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of up to 10 staff members.

This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Cost products and services, optimizing profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
  • Evaluate and address health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate and 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • A strong understanding of business operations, including finance, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
