**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Manage daily operations including cashiering, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate training development for new hires.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote store sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that aligns with company standards.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transaction processing and inventory tracking.
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong skills in cashiering and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage payroll and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience in training development and staff supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to drive sales is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and vendors.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the store environment.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
