Job Description

We're seeking a Business Development Director with a minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing in a multidisciplinary and artistic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategy, identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding our presence on the national and international market, and promoting strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Work closely with the executive team and other team members to manage development opportunities, customer relationships, and departmental operations
  • Initiate and participate in the development of marketing tools, including service offers and customer presentations
  • Participate in contract negotiation and review
  • Ensure coordination and communication between internal stakeholders, including producers, directors, and other business development managers
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing processes and tools, such as CRM and internal documentation
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in business development
  • Established network of industry contacts and clients is a plus
  • Notions of the Mac, Windows, and Pipedrive environments
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English
