We're seeking a highly skilled Residential Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our residential portfolios, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead a team of assistant property managers, maintenance associates, and administrators to ensure seamless property operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets and plans, ensuring cost targets are met.
- Pre-qualify prospective residents, conduct showings, and close sales to drive revenue growth.
- Engage with local businesses, schools, and community groups to foster strong relationships and promote our communities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reporting of resident applications, leases, and move-in/move-out inspections.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in property management.
- Certified property manager or accredited residential/commercial manager is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
- Clean driver's abstract and ability to pass a criminal record check are necessary.
