Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production and other reports, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and hire workers, carry out related staffing actions, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition materials and supplies, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and willing to relocate.
  • Work Setting: Construction, residential, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, overtime required, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, and work term: permanent.
