Training Coordinator

About the Role:
The Training Coordinator is a key member of our team at CRH Canada - Cement ON, responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our team members have the necessary skills to perform their jobs safely, effectively, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for craft and technical courses
- Collaborate with other personnel to develop and implement personal training plans and schedules
- Coordinate HR and Leadership training for employees
- Measure the results of critical training programs and adjust them to enhance employee skills and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
- Minimum 4 years - bachelors degree in engineering, training, or related technical fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial plant operations and maintenance with significant experience in mechanical, electrical, process, and control systems and related fields
