We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at ACA Emergency Response Training Inc.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

This includes:

  • Coordinating with team members to assign and review work
  • Preparing and submitting reports to management
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and maintenance of facilities
  • Resolving work problems and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
