Job Summary:
The Sales and Customer Relationship Professional plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships for The Chefs' Warehouse. This individual is responsible for proactively engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products and services to meet those needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone and in-person interactions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and vendor information to effectively promote products and services.
- Ensuring accurate order processing and fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in food service sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
