About the Role
The Line Preparation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for leading by example and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the culinary team, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient execution
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes, adhering to recipes and menu specifications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and meet customer expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a professional kitchen
- Passion for the culinary arts and commitment to ongoing learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Valid FOODSAFE Certificate and Red Seal certification preferred
