Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Care Operations Manager to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality child care programs in the Prince George region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of Child Care Coordinators to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Provide coaching and performance management to team members
Requirements
  • BC ECE Degree or Diploma or combination of ECE and experience
  • 3 years' leadership experience in child care and child development
  • Experience leading an effective, engaged team
  • Current child care First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record and Clear Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Three satisfactory professional references
