About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Retail Planning and Analytics team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include creating sales, labor, and headcount plans for all locations in North America, leveraging both machine learning forecasts and traditional methodologies to inform planning decisions. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in a planning or analytical role, with expertise in Excel and other planning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for success in this position.
