About the Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a highly motivated and skilled Financial Planning Consultant to join our team as an Investment Expert. You will be responsible for developing and deepening client relationships by providing high-quality investment advice and service within the mass affluent market.

In this fast-paced, flexible work environment, you will have the freedom to grow your own practice and leverage your external networks and centres of influence. You will prioritize building long-term relationships with clients and understand how to leverage those relationships to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial planning and investment sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the industry. They will also have current accreditation and good standing for MFDA licensing requirements, as well as a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

As a Financial Planning Consultant - Investment Expert, you will be responsible for driving investment sales and new client acquisition, while adhering to Global Sales Principles, compliance and regulatory requirements. You will also establish business development opportunities with prospects and clients within the assigned market area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify additional investment business development opportunities and facilitate the implementation of an investment solution and/or referral to the appropriate partners.
  • Community Involvement: Participate actively in local professional and community events and associations to develop and expand your network.
