About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Eco Roofs and Commercial Shelters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting within designated geographic areas
- Develop and present proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our services
- Manage and evaluate route profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the Transportation Industry
- High school diploma required, with a college degree in a business discipline or relevant field considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Proven sales skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Work Environment
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in person at our office location.
