Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager in our Windsor-Tecumseh and Lauzon office. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and our bank's products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on investment and credit opportunities.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our bank's products and services, and provide expert advice to clients on how to meet their financial needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to clients.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Certifications: Hold a valid Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent, or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
